IV FESTIVAL CORNISTICO DELL'ETNA 18 - 22 AGOSTO 2019 - IV ETNA HORN FESTIVAL 18 - 22 AUGUST 2019

La FE.BA.SI. ( Federazione Bande Siciliane) dopo il grande successo delle prime tre edizioni, è lieta di presentarvi la QUARTA edizione del:

nata dall’idea di stimolare i giovani cornisti all’approfondimento dello studio del corno con lezioni individuali e collettive di musica d’insieme.

 Il festival si svolgerà dal 18 al 22 agosto 2019 presso il Centro Ricreativo Giovanile “San Filippo Neri” (http://www.oratorioacireale.org/centro-ricreativo-giovanile---etna.html) a circa 1000mt sul livello del mare nel territorio del comune di Zafferana Etnea (contrada Cassone), una grande struttura in una cornice stupenda che è quella del paesaggio etneo in un luogo incontaminato in mezzo a boschi e terra vulcanica dove il suono del corno sarà il protagonista

Ad ogni partecipante verrà data ogni giorno la possibilità di fare lezioni individuali con docenti di fama nazionale ed internazionale che collaborano con le migliori orchestre e istituzioni. Il tutto verrà affiancato ogni giorno dalle lezioni di musica d’insieme per ensemble di corni del Maestro Antonino Manuli, cornista professionista e affermato direttore d’orchestra.

Saranno 5 giorni di studio intenso, socializzazione e soprattutto SUONARE INSIEME.

The FE.BASI. (Bands Federation Sicilian) after great success of lasts years is pleased to present the “IV EDITION of International Horn Festival of Volcano Etna" from 18 to 22 August 2019 The Festival born from the idea of stimulating young horn players to deepen the study of the horn with individual and group lessons of ensemble music.

The Festival takes place from 18 to 22 August 2019 at the Centro Ricreativo Giovanile “San Filippo Neri” an approximately 1000m above sea level in the City of Zafferana Territory (district Cassone), a large facilities in a beautiful setting and in the Volcano Etna landscape in a pristine location in the midst of forests and volcanic land where the Sound of the Horn will be the protagonist .

Each participant will be given the opportunity every day to do lessons with 4 teachers of national and international fame collaborating with major orchestras and institutions. Everything will be accompanied daily by the lessons of ensemble music for ensemble of horns by the Maestro Antonino Manuli, professional horn player and orchestral conductor. Will be five days of intense study, socialization and especially PLAY TOGETHER.

Oltre al fantastico Festival quest'anno ci sarà una grande novità: il "1° Concorso per Corno del Festival cornistico dell'Etna" con una giuria internazionale e tanto altro. CLICCA QUI per visualizzare il bando.

Gli ospiti di questa edizione saranno Miklós Nagy, Zora Slokar, Nilo Caracristi, Guglielmo Pellarin, Angelo Bonaccorso e il direttore d'orchestra M°Antonino Manuli. Ci saranno fantastici concerti, a partire dal concerto di inaugurazione con l'Orchestra di Fiati "Symphonica Città di Viagrande" diretta dal M° Lucio Pappalardo che accompagnerà i solisti, il secondo giorno si esibiranno i Sicilian Horn Ensemble, il terzo giorno si esibiranno i vincitori del concorso e per concludere, l'ultima sera, ci sera il concerto finale del grande ensemble di corni costituito da tutti i partecipanti e dai maestri solisti con un programma a tema: Le Grandi Colonne Sonore da Film; il tutto diretto dal M°Manuli.

There will be fantastic concerts, starting with the inaugural concert with the "Symphonica Città di Viagrande" Wind Orchestra conducted by Maestro Lucio Pappalardo who will accompany the soloists, the second day will perform the Sicilian Horn Ensemble, the third day will perform winners of the competition and to conclude, on the last evening, the final concert of the great horn ensemble consisting of all the participants and the soloists with a themed program: The Best Film Soundtrack; all directed by M ° Manuli.
